Kelly had a strong personal brand and consistent Instagram presence, but her website was doing almost nothing to convert that attention into clients. Her contact form was converting at under 1%, meaning 99 out of every 100 visitors left without taking any action. Her core issues:

The VSL funnel launched at 3.1% conversion in week one — a 4× improvement over the contact form immediately. After three weeks of headline testing (Variant A won at 6.2% vs Variant B at 3.9%), the page settled at a consistent 6.2% conversion rate. The free guide opt-in funnel added an additional 90–120 email subscribers per month, with roughly 14% booking a discovery call within 60 days of joining the list.
